To track an order, Nephot provides you variants of media such as SMS, email, and notification to keep in touch with the updates of your product.
How to track an order?
Basically, if you have placed the order via phone or email you will be notified accordingly via SMS and emails.
But, if you have used a Nephot account to place an order, you will be notified via SMS, email, and notification. All of the status from your order being packed to the journey of the product until it reaches your door will be notified.
Tracking order from Nephot account
- Click on my account and sign in to further proceed.
- Go under my order to view the status of your product.
- You can view your product going through different statuses as in a warehouse, being packed, on the way, and delivered.
