Nephot User Guide

Welcome to the Nephot User Guide. Whether you are new to Nephot or need help managing your account, this guide will walk you through creating an account, using your dashboard, managing your account settings, and getting started with your first order.

How to Open a Nephot Account

Follow these simple steps to create your Nephot account:

  1. Visit My Account and sign up using your email address.

  2. After completing the registration, log in to your Nephot account to access your dashboard.

  3. From the dashboard menu, you can access important account sections, including Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Account Details, and Logout.

Exploring Your Nephot Account Dashboard

Your Nephot account dashboard gives you access to your orders, addresses, account information, and other useful features.

Home Page

Visit the Nephot home page to browse available products. You can explore products, add items to your wishlist, and add products to your shopping cart.

Orders

The Orders section lets you view your previous and current orders. Depending on the order status, you may be able to check delivery information or cancel an eligible order. If you have not placed an order yet, you can use the available link to browse Nephot products.

Downloads

The Downloads section displays downloadable products you have purchased from Nephot. If you have not purchased any downloadable products, this section may remain empty.

Addresses

Use the Addresses section to add and manage your billing and shipping addresses. Keeping your address information updated can help ensure your orders are delivered correctly.

Account Details

The Account Details section allows you to view and update your personal account information. You can also change your account password when needed.

Logout

Select Logout when you want to safely sign out of your Nephot account. You will need to log in again the next time you want to access your account.

How to Place Your First Order

Once your account is ready, you can start shopping on Nephot:

  1. Visit the Nephot home page and browse the available products.

  2. Select a product you want to purchase and review its details.

  3. Add the product to your shopping cart.

  4. Proceed to checkout and provide the required delivery and payment information.

  5. Review your order details and complete your purchase.
